We successfully completed a large-scale immersive learning deployment across Puerto Rico, providing cutting-edge educational hardware to make learning more immersive and engaging.
We supplied and set up 1,260 Meta Quest 3 VR headsets into a school district in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This massive operation required careful planning and an all-hands-on-deck approach from our fantastic team.
As with any project of this scale, there were unexpected challenges along the way, meaning the rollout took a little longer than planned. But thanks to the determination, teamwork and commitment of everyone involved, we got the job done just in the nick of time.
Our Solution
Our managed, end-to-end deployment removed the technical headache that Grupo Panamericana would face when implementing a large number of VR headsets. Once we had the 1,260 Meta Quest 3’s in hand, our team configured each of them with software updates, controller updates, VictoryXR installation and ManageXR enrollment.
The next step was rigorous QA testing, where our team made sure that both the hardware and software performed as expected. We then deployed the headsets into Grupo Panamericana and continue to offer support remotely.
